For some reason Woot always lists the PSU for HP workstations as external. Be assured, the PSU is internal. Also, no hard drive for data isn’t that unusual for a workstation class computer. You can add whatever you deem necessary for your workflow.
Does this include the optional 2nd CPU riser and is the machine configured with two processors?
