My department at work built a bunch of these to give away through the Boys and Girls Club and I actually felt a little bad for the kids getting free bikes. This is a really low quality item but it’s better than nothing. I wouldn’t recommend paying $80 for it though, you’re better off checking Craigslist for something used and cheap.
