Does anyone know what grade W even means? Wagyu is graded on a A-C and 1-5 scale, at least in Japan, right? And the US uses some like 1-12 score? So what is “W”?

I received the roast and cooked it this past weekend. I was disappointed. The flavor was good but the roast was mostly fat and gristle. Only about 1/2 was edible the rest was waste. I’ve purchased Wagyu before and because its pricey its usually well trimmed. I was surprised. I will not purchase this again.
