Wanted to confirm the 32oz bottle of hydrogen peroxide being offered $4.99 for a single bottle isn’t a misprint? It’s easy to find HP for .99c a bottle at plenty of stores Target/Walmart, etc. Is this offering really the non-deal it appears? (12/5/24)
Yep! Here is the Amazon listing:
https://www.amazon.com/Hydrogen-Peroxide-Antiseptic-Solution-16/dp/B000GUP7KW
so, what’s special about this or the Amazon product?
HP 32oz. 3% is $.99 at my local grocery store (as well as Target/Walmart etc.)
So this is pretty much proof that Amazon (and Walmart and every other store) is just banking on the unobservant, trusting and/or naive people to assume this is the best deal and not do any research/shopping around…and pay whatever unreasonable price that’s given to them. Like $17.00 for 6 packs of Kool-aid! Not cases, not boxes, 6 individual 0.13 oz packets. And they are allowed on the mainstream store sites doing this!
Oh, well, such is capitalism ![]()

Well you have to also account for the overall disorganization and lack of oversight/concern within giant companies/organizations (gubbermentz). I would assume sometimes things just get priced wrong and no one is really wanting (or able) to spend much time checking up on why or what happened.
