Having had to jump rope for 5 min intervals, I’ll take the 30 min run instead. For anyone who doesn’t jump rope regularly, 5 min is an eternity. 10 min is double that eternity. After 2 or 3 min (maybe less) your calves start to cramp then you thighs take over and they start to cramp as they’re not designed for that quick of a short movement.

I’d rather just watch people that can do it well, rather than humiliate myself… LOL
