I am a little slow with some of the reference on the forums here like lolcats, kittybean to name a couple, but the one that I can not find a explanation for is the “I can Has” phrase. What does that mean??

All old people are accounted for! I don’t know how long it took hubby and daughter to find them, but they did.
I gave hubby his mom’s cell phone number. Hubby didn’t know his mom had a cell phone.
