Pumpkin seeds come in granola and other things. They are alright, but I am not going out of the way to get them. I not a squirrel after all.

Every year after the ritual Gourd Sacrifice a few days prior to Halloween, our backyard chickens love to snarf up the entrails, seeds and all.

We would sometimes roast/salt/ maybe spice them, but it was frankly more trouble than it was worth, and nobody went over the moon for the results the way the girls (birds) do.
