That plot of land in San Bernardino County looks to be about 10-15 miles off the paved road in Ludlow, CA, which is a “living” ghost town with a population of 10.
Even if it was $1, it’s still too expensive IMHO.

This is so far in the middle of nowhere.
Surrounding towns are: Ludlow, Klondike, Siberia and Bagdad. Nope.
