I put 1 letter bad in my shipping address

I made mi first order but i wrote a wrong number.
Correct is 11231 but i put 1123q, maybe someone can help me…

Check with Customer Service. They’ll be better equipped to help you. From the Woot page, hover over your name in the upper right and select customer service.

I already did it, I sent them an email but so far they do not answer me and I am afraid they will send it before modifying the address

Hi there. I can see that they replied to you. Unfortunately, due to data security, we’re unable to change orders. It will likely ship UPS. As soon as you see that it’s shipped, contact UPS to see about redirecting it to a UPS store near you.

Also, go change that address on your account now.

Hello. Best to check with our Customer Service. From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Having a very unusual last name (Kat…) we get weird spellings etc a lot!!! Once got mail with only 1 letter correct & it got to me!

And if I had a dime for every time I have had to say “Don’t look in the Cs,look in the Ks” I could spend even*more * money on WOOT
