I received the wrong TV

I ordered a 65" Samsung QN90A and, after waiting TWO WEEKS for CEVA Logistics to get their heads out of their asses and deliver it, I come to find that Woot sent me a Q90T, not the TV that I paid for.

What do I do about this? I’m honestly regretting ever doing business with Woot.

Hi there. If you haven’t already done so please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

Wow. Sounds sad. Woot has always cleared up a problem.
Contact customer service.
Woot is not the same as shopping downtown. It’s an adventure.
Shop Woot, … Or don’t. But be nice, in my opinion.

Hi, can’t seem to find any emails requesting pictures, just one saying that they’re checking for stock for a replacement. Should I just submit a new ticket with the pictures and order #?
