Woot robbed me today. Can’t reach anyone live, just robots that laugh and tell you there is more to come.
They are going to CHARGE me for shipping, 15% restocking fee, and I have to pay for return shipping all for an order I DID NOT AUTHORIZE!

Woot, you need live people who care. Your lifeless robots are killing your site. After today I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN unless they get live people and FIX THEIR CHECKOUT system. System is flawed!!
