Lets see if I reply to another “clan member” message, if I clan jump. Currently, I was assigned to some clan that uses a fish-like moniker.

Nope…once assigned you are stuck.

Not a fish, a squirrel.

$350 on Amazon, and this is also new. Sounds like a very good deal! Only 3 reviews, a 4 and a two 5 stars. The 5 stars are from wooters.

Having a hard time not picking this up. Anybody know how it does with cat hair and litter?

Is this good for pet hair?

I love all the comments are about clans and colors. Screw the fancy vacuum!

I have three dogs and two cats. Would this help keep the floors somewhat clean between extensive vacuuming?

Some rivetting Google Translate work on their site…

*Even though there are various home appliances and chores are shared among the family members, the home labor is still largely done by housewife. Actually, the ways to make housewives more comfortable existed for years. The only area in home labor that can be wholly handled by a machine, cleaning. Robot cleaner cleans inside the house by itself instead of the housewife even when there is no one at home. *

As with similar robotic cleaners, YMMV.

Any idea of how this stacks up against Neato or Roomba?

I’ve never had a robotic cleaner before. I always thought they were gimmicky. I am seriously considering buying one though because I suck at keeping up on vacuuming. Is this a good first one to buy for myself?

I just got this, and have never had one before and am pretty impressed by it (I would be especially at this price!).

The downsides are: you need to clean the brush pretty much anytime you run it if anyone in the household has hair (which takes- about 3 minutes), and occasionally it gets stuck so when you come home you need to find it, pick it up and put it away. You need to pick up wires and things and pull out chairs, but you’ll only make that mistake once or twice. I didn’t buy it to mop, and the one time I tried, it did a pretty horrible job, so that’s something to consider.

The obvious upshot is: you have to vacuum way less. Overall, I’ve even noticed much less dust on surfaces in the house.

My only hesitation about the product, is that since it’s a Korean company with a tiny US presence, if you want them, you have to order all your accessories (e.g., brush replacements, filters) from a Korean seller on ebay which costs money and takes a long time. It took over 5 weeks for me to get some filters through this method, so I hope iclebo can figure something simpler out soon. They are the ones who suggested the ebay store, so I’m certain that they are aware of this problem.
