Has anyone received their power station (or notice of shipment of their power station) yet? I checked the status of the tracking number I received, and a shipping label was created on 2/5. The UPS app has notes from today (2/16) saying “We’ve begun an investigation to locate the package.” and “A claim has been issued to the sender for your package. Please contact the sender for more information.”

I should note that Woot says “Preparing for shipment”, but also gives an expected delivery date of 2/14.

Wondering if anyone else is getting the same thing?

I’ve got the same issue, woot says preparing for shipment with estimated delivery of yesterday. Have you found any more information? I don’t want to cancel, I really want it for my cabin!

No, sorry - no more info yet. I just emailed WOOT customer support. Hopefully they can shed some light on what’s happening with these.

Support replied yesterday evening and asked that I wait until the 20th to see if there are any shipping updates, then contact them again if not.

Let us know if you get any more updates. Im in same position. Customer service said they’ll take care of it but that was days ago with no progress as of yet.

I was in the process of writing to WOOT customer service again when I refreshed my UPS app - lo and behold, the UPS status changed to say that they have my package (as of 4:49am 2/21/24) and gave an expected delivery date.

Order status on WOOT hasn’t updated yet, though.

I was informed that the supplier ran out of inventory and woot refunded my money. :frowning: I was bummed cause I really wanted one. Keeping my eyes open for another one.

I’ll be bummed too if they end up giving me a refund over the product.

Seems like it’s up in the air since one shipped and the other refunded.

I currently have no updates on my shipping status page.

My shipping status on WOOT now says “Shipped” - but still says expected delivery is 2/14. UPS says 2/27.

UPS updated before WOOT did - so if you have a tracking number, try that on the UPS site/app (or whatever shipper, if WOOT used something else).

Yeah mine hasnt updated. I guess ill give it one more day and then go back to support. Support assured me that i would be getting it but that was like a week ago roughly. Mine does say 2/15 as original arrival date so maybe urs just was first in line to ship. Fingers crossed

To bring this to a close, my power station arrived today & is charging now (right before some nasty weather might arrive, no less!). Hope the rest of you get yours.
