Safe as flying… there are enough troubles with “flying.” Flying’s safety record wouldn’t make me feel safe to leave the atmosphere with large explosive rockets.

Then, the destination of space travel is rather lacking. Celebrities and moguls can go on space cruises. If I want to cruise, I will take country backroads.

Although, with a few more seconds to think about it, if it wasn’t cost prohibitive and many people could do it, it would lose the exclusivity “cool” factor.

Although it would be pretty cool to say something like “I land on the moon at 12:53 p.m. so yeah we can schedule our touch base at 2 p.m., as long as the other stakeholders can make it.”

I voted ‘yes’, but I never really fly anywhere now, so I don’t think I’d be in a hurry for space travel. (Where would we go, anyway - the moon? Bo-o-o-ring. )
