I got one of these and it was delivered yesterday (very quick!). No instructions but the picture “tells” exactly how to put it together.
I have one issue with it, though… my toilet lid is not flat. So, unless I find a way to shim the legs/stand for this, it will not work as designed/pictured.
I’m sure I can repurpose it as a wall-hanging rack just fine though. All the pieces just fit together with no “lock” or any way of securing it so if anyone else tries to wall mount theirs too, be sure you glue or otherwise permanently attach all the pieces together.
