The “features” state that this contains “Mix of Kalamata, Nafplion, Amfissa and other delectable Greek olives”, but the ingredients only state these three types as being included. Interesting.
These olives are so good I’ve gone directly to Mani to purchase them in between Woot offerings. Literally the best olives I’ve ever had and they keep very nicely out of the fridge. In for two.
How long will the olives be good left unopened?
Unopened, it’ll last many months. Even open it’ll last quite a while. They’re great olives, my problem is that it’s an enormous quantity. We eat olives a lot in my family, and we’ve opened ours a couple of months ago but we’re only halfway through them.
Will these have a good flavor in 10 months or would it be better to wait and buy closer to the time we would be serving them?
I got the Kalamata olives last time and they are wonderful. I’ve had them a while and they are still good.
My Greek roommate back in university used to buy big things like this of kalamata olives. They’d last…forever…opened (in the fridge).
I’d buy this in a heartbeat, but I’m allergic to many peppers 
hopefully my loss is someone else’s gain.

Mine came in today. The jar’s o-ring was complete crap, but the olives are very tasty; they seem to be less bitter than olives I’ve had in the past, and the flavor is very fruity and the meat is tender and smooth.
