Yes. Super easy to peel too. A dozen eggs + a cup of water or so, in for 5 minutes high pressure, let it naturally release for 5 minutes before venting, then put them into an ice bath for 5 minutes.
Not even close. I’ve made everything from meatloaf, to spaghetti, to cheesecake. It takes some trial and error, but I’m part of a facebook group that has a ton of useful info.

Lots of incredible ideas I would never have considered: cheesecake, lasagna, and more. I had an electric pressure cooker before, and I liked it, but stuck to some regular recipes and never thought of doing other things or of just being brave enough to experiment. Now I just open it up, dump some things in, turn it on, and dinner is ready in 30 minutes or so, counting the time it takes to come to pressure (and depending on what you cook). I have cooked pork roasts straight from the freezer and hard as a rock by just adding 3 or 4 minutes to the cook time. DH recently dumped in some chicken parts, a bag of mixed frozen veggies, broth and seasoning and BAM dinner was delish!
