Really good $$ for an 8qt.
I sent one of these back, when they were more expensive, due to shipping damage. I had UPS pick it up Friday but the tracking still just says “Label Created” like the driver never bothered to scan it. Is there anything I can do? I already let CS know that it was picked up.
Have you reached out to UPS? That would be a good next step.
Not yet, I’m going to wait and try to talk to the driver and see if the status changes tonight. Maybe I can get a direct number for the local hubs rather than the robo maze of WDGAF about customers.
I ordered an 8qt but ended up getting a 6qt. Stuck in customer service hell waiting on the replacement almost 1 month later. Terrible…
