yea, I just recenty bought a new Samsung 860 EVO 1Tb SSD for $123 from Amazon, why would I want to pay $200 for this smaller, refurbed drive?

Do not buy a refurbished SSD! They have a finite number of read/writes and you have no idea how many cycles are on oneā€¦buy new for less!
