Woot and continually sending me the wrong product advertised AND described, name a better duo!
Got sent a 14100F instead of a 14100. HUGE difference.

What can i do to help in this situation? Woot has been great so far until these past 2 orders, both the same issue. What gives?
We likely never had the correct item. It may have been returned originally for being incorrect and the returns team didn’t catch it. As I said, I sent a note to the returns team to look at any existing inventory if there is any and to catch this one when it’s returned so we don’t sell it yet again.
