Anyone have experience engaging the CWSC Warranty people?
Yes! I had my doubts about a third party warranty too, but I just worked with them this week to replace the generic cord that came with my ipad mini on Friday. Notified woot Saturday PM, heard back Sunday PM, heard from CWS first thing Monday AM, had my new Ipad cord by Tuesday! They are based in Austin and find you a repair shop in your zip code. Quick, friendly, and effective - great customer service!
