Always had a great experience with stuff on Woot until now. Needed a new phone and so took advantage of the S&D iPhone 7. I went to get it switched over and it wouldn’t authorize. After calling my carrier and then contacting Verizon. Apparently the phone was blocked from being authorized because the previous owner had a large balance due on their account. Say what?? Woot customer service is trying to work it out but it was extremely frustrating and the questions from Verizon about how I got the phone insinuating that it was not reputable.
I’m sorry for the poor experience. Without connecting each phone to a service (not feasible), it’s hard to know the account info that might be previously attached to a phone. CS will help you out though.
And tell Verizon to bite it. We’re Woot and we’ve been around since 2004. Take that, Verizon!
Since 2004 and with the way it’s going now, not much longer!
Dude. Duuuuude. No.
Sounds like someone needs an iPhone 7 case.
Yet, here you are.
Not to make excuses for him, but he’s hyped up on sugar and afraid of nipples.
Dammit pepper! I’m sure there’ll be a box on my porch soon
Of what? Sugar or nipples? Or some combination of both?
Nair, Neet, razors and some bandages.
