Is there something I need to do to get this phone to work? That site linked in the listing said this would be comparable with Verizon. The Verizon store says it is no longer supported. I’d like to return this phone.
Hi there. That’s weird becauseit’s on their site. You might try a different person. As I understand, it requires a Verizon SIM and changing the APN settings to your network provider.
However, if you want to return the phone, please contact Woot Customer Service for assistance. From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
