Looks nice! I have an iPhone 5 though. Would I still project stuff with an adapter?

Check it out in black or read some reviews

Probably not. Even with an adapter, Lightning doesn’t support analog video (component or composite) like the 30-pin connector did. It’s possible that this is all digital, using HDMI, but that’s not the way I’d bet.

12 lumens is a reasonably bright penlight. I wanted to want this, but it’s not going that way.

Very mixed reviews on Amazon. No, it won’t work with adapter. Many have trouble with defective units, and older devices won’t project Youtube, etc. Even though the ad video shows Netflix, someone said protected content won’t project. It does not mirror the screen. So not idea for my needs.

I bought one of these off of ebay a while ago (it looks like the exact same kind I bought), but I couldn’t get it to work with my iphone. It’s possible that my unit was defective, but I read a few things on other sites that mentioned it was not compatible with some of the different iphones etc…

I do remember that people did suggest an app if you do get it and it does work with your iphone. It’s called Go Universal (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/go-universal/id571988915?mt=8) it lets you project youtube and netflix etc from projectors like this. Don’t know if it’s any good, others have said it’s nice, but like I said it didn’t actually end up working for me in the end. Would have been cool if it did though.

Well heck, not compatible with my 7th Gen Nano. Ah well, maybe next time.

Looks like it is also known as the Micron Technology’s PoP Video pico projector. Not sure if it’s compatible with the POP application though.

This projector is also available for $32 at Lord And Taylor after free Shoprunner shipping and 20% off promo code: SAVE.

A lesson in economy of words would be helpful for this video reviewer.

@arnfam5, the displeased Woot commenter might benefit from the same lesson.

Sold out.
