Unit arrived but the 10 pack of pads was not included. Also, the 5 year warranty shown on the woot ad will not be honored by the company as they say it was not purchased from an authorized retailer. Unit is apparently made in China and the user guide is VERY poor, leaving many operational questions unanswered. All in all I’m pretty sure I messed up ordering this

Contacted them, lady was nice and let me know WOOT had no stock of the pads and no way to get them. She gave me a $20 partial refund. Not full value of the 10 pads but still helps. I’ll survive.
I have the same problem. The unit arrive without the Bonus packs. The unit is good. I like it and use it right away
No extra pads. FAKE advertising! So sad. Re: 5 year warranty: Send in the warranty card & IQ will honor it. (the disclaimer states “NOT EVERY” IQ seller on Amazon & Ebay IS AUTHORIZED)
