I am thinking about ordering this item but have no idea what is meant by the condition Scratch & Dent (1) vs. Scratch & Dent (3), Scratch & Dent (3), etc. I can’t seem to find info on it anywhere on Woot. Please let me know is (1) in better condition than (6)? How badly are they scratched and dented? ---

No difference. We have inventory in different SKUs and our stupid system doesn’t let us combine the inventory so we have to do stupid stuff like this. ---

If you look at the drop-down menu, you’ll see that they’re S&D. ---

Does scratch and dent mean refurbished or super used and you buying at your own risk? ---

I’m trying to purchase this item… I absolutely cannot get to checkout Continues to say can’t find an account with this address…(Amazon)which I’ve had for MANY years and use almost daily ---

Hi there. Could you try logging out of both [Amazon.com](http://Amazon.com) and [woot.com](http://woot.com)? Then log back into Woot. Also, we are having some intermittent issues with Amazon Pay where it’s not receiving the address. This maybe related. I do see that you were able to order.
