With this switch in my cart I have tried multiple times to check out both in different browsers and in the app on iOS and every time I get to the last step where it says it’s processing but then it just goes back to the shopping cart with the item still in the cart! Then I tried to use the Customer Service page at Woot! Support and when I click submit there I get “Oops! We’re currently experiencing a technical issue with our support system. Please try submitting your request again, or feel free to try again later.” What is going on, Woot!?
