Issue with BOC order

Hello. I ordered a BOC on Feb 22nd. A label was created, but it was never shipped.

I emailed Customer Service about it twice - the first time didn’t get a response, and the second time the CS rep just went ahead and issued a refund. I replied to that (quite haughtily) that I didn’t request or want a refund, but I haven’t received any further responses. Needless to say, I am despondent.

Can someone help, maybe?
