item never received, Customer care service doesnt respond to my request

Hello ,

about 9 days ago i filed a request for replacement of an item i never received. Since then ive sent 2 more emails and CSR doesnt respond. What can i do to get a replacemtn for my missing package.

Hello,

i received an email 921 PM EST saying item was delivered. I went outside and there was nothing there. I checked my account and says it was delivered about 330pm EST. Not sure why there was a delay or i would have checked when it was marked delivered.

I checked with my neighbor and they have not seen any delivery/package.

I tried calling woot 888-283-1913 but it just keeps going silent after the prompts and hangs up.

I have also sent an email.

Just frustrated i finally got a good deal and i didnt get it.

I would like to get these items , does woot send replacement for missing packages?

Hello. CS got hit by a snafu after an upgrade went bad. Really bad. They’re working to catch up.
