My old roommate had a Rabbit Corkscrew. I LOVED using it! A little bulky to get used to after bartending and carrying a wine key, but awesome either way.
Well my Rabbit, after about three years now, has finally begun to show signs of breaking apart. The metal around the gear at the fore of the handle is cracked in multiple spots. It somehow skipped a gear when trying to open a bottle the other evening.
It’s given good, occasional-use, service so far. But I will not be replacing it with the same thing. I’ll get a table mount that is built to last. This seemed like it was built to replace. I’ll let Metrokane fix it under their warranty. If they honor my printout of purchase as proof of purchase.
hopefully this is shipped soon. Ordered this on the 26th of November and now, Dec. 7th and it hasn’t even shipped. I don’t think it will even be here for Christmas.

Hello, the product will get there in plenty of time before Christmas. The fulfillment job is taking longer than usual so we will upgrade the service levels to improve carrier transit.

I ordered mine on 11/24. It is now 12/11. 17 days is not within the “3-8 days” they stated. I tried contacting woot twice with no reply, and will dispute the charge with my credit card if I don’t receive it or hear back by this evening.

3-8 days means once it ships, it will be in-transit anywhere from 3 to 8 days. The only promise made was that it will arrive in time for x-mas, and it will. Wine.woot’s shipping policy is significantly different then the other woot sites as they don’t come from Amazon fulfillment centers, but rather come directly from the vendor.

Shipment info was sent to FedEx on Monday so it should be shipping soon.
Wine.woot shipments take a bit longer than shipments from our other sites. Allow at least 2-3 weeks.

You should get your wine in 2-3 weeks, often sooner. We know the wait is kind of a drag. But it’s still gonna taste good (maybe even better), and since we leave it to the wineries to get the wine to you, you can count on their experience to send their wine using their expert methodologies.

There is still no tracking number from the Wine woot (directly from seller) portion of my purchase.

As I mentioned above, info for the shipment has been sent to FedEx. I see a tracking number in your order so you’ll likely get the email today. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders.
You can also use FedEx’s “Track by Reference” feature to get tracking info using your order number. Your order number is on your order details which you can get via Stuff You Bought. Leave the Account Number blank. Enter your order number in the reference box. Next, select your country and enter your zip code. Click TRACK and voilà, you may have tracking info.
