what’s the return policy on these if you don’t like them?

I ordered these Mason & Ivory Marlon shades; however, what I received is not what’s in the image. I’ve created a ticket but have yet to hear from anyone and it’s over 24 hours now. The email I received indicated I should have heard something by now. What’s the next step to resolve this?
