Received these today, will be returning. They came in a plastic bag with a note stating they are not covered under manufacturer warranty. On top of that, the plastic on them has several small scratches, as if they are used.

Bags get scratched just moving around in transit. But you have a 30-day return period, of course.

Mine has new ear pieces but the rest looks scuffed, wiped clean (but there’s still a thin film in hard to reach place) and it has a label on it that reads:

“Refurb-w”. It’s on the left side, top of the unit.

After changing for 24 hours I tried pairing with 3 devices- none could connect.

I’m very sorry. They definitely should have been new. Please reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.

thanks. these are small; unless you really inspect it most probably wouldn’t see this sticker. It could have got mixed in w/ new ones. I sent CS a pic.

bummer. Did you look before trying them? I’m wondering if the ear piece was replaced (since I stuck mine in my ears).
