I’ve seen many hooded jackets out there with many different patterns. I was wondering if there was any clothing service like spreadshirt or cafepress that allows you to add a custom pattern to a jacket or even a tshirt?

You know I looked everywhere for a company that did custom hoodies first and then searched for ones that did belt printing and customizable printing on top of that. Found alot for T’s but a no go on hoodies. Would have been n =ice though, sorry 
I don’t know if you live in a big town, but you might try buying a hoodie you like and then take it too a nearby printer, probably be low quality and pricy. Or did you ever think of embroidery? Many places will so a design, I have a place here locally that will do custom jobs. Just a thought.
