Create a different account and change the address just barely. During normal woot goings-on, you could email service@woot.com. during a woot-off, I doubt that method would work.

I received my order this past Thursday here in the midwest.
I haven’t gotten mine yet. The FedEx tracking number was issued almost two weeks ago, but there is no further activity.
I think it’s odd…?
