DO NOT BUY THESE! I have owned every model, they have all died in less than a year. They’re garbage, please just go buy a fitbit.
I don’t think i’ve ever posted on these message boards before but I had to vouch for this comment.
These are garbage, they break easily. The model I had was discontinued and they removed all support for it. I was locked out of their app and unable to keep my progress.
Jawbone customer service is AWSOME… I had an Up 24 with a broken connector and was an Up 2 as a replacement; my partners Up 2 malfunctioned and a replacement was supplied. Please note both were still in the year warranty period.
