Your link is for the FLIP 4, not the Charge 4. Cheaper, but smaller speaker.

That’s renewed with a 90-day Amazon warranty. Our is factory reconditioned with a 1yr JBL warranty.
FWIW this speaker is incredible, I have one and love it!
