Does this have a mini stereo jack for connecting with a wired connection?

According to the JBL website it does have a 3.5mm jack and comes with a cable. Not sure if this refurbished version will include the cable or not.

Only gray? Too bad. If black was offered I’d be seriously considering it.

These appear to be “over ear”, as opposed to “on ear”. Can anyone verify? Haven’t found it in write up or video.

Never mind. Think this say it “…unprecedented fit, and comfort around your ears.”

Thank you and goodnight.

I bought the last one’s on Woot. Sorry to say I’m not THAT impressed. Yes, these are probably the best bluetoof headphones I own, but still don’t come anywhere near similar wired headsets I have. Wireless is still half baked, and I’m not convinced it will ever be as good as a set of wired headphones. Which is crazy, but so far that’s what my experience is. Bottom line is the smartphone makers have sold us out on marketing and removed the audio jack just for their profit, and to heck with what most users want. Sure, if you don’t use the jack, then well… don’t. But who wants a “Swiss Army Knife” with fewer blades/tools? Nobody, that’s who.

When you compared these to your wired headphones, were you comparing these only in bluetooth mode, or did you compare these hooked up with a physical connection? Basically I agree that wired is better than bluetooth, I’m just curious how well these sound with a wired connection and what headphones were you comparing these to?

Sorry for the delayed response. Yes, they come with everything that the new ones come with: Headphones, Micro USB Charging Cable, Audio Cable with 3.5mm Jack, Quick Start Guide

bought these from Fry’s earlier this year and had to return them. The sound and functionality was great, but very uncomfortable for someone with a larger head.

Should the LED indicator light stay on regardless of the charging state (white or red)? The USB port seems to be very tight and the red indicator light will come on once I plug the charing cord in and then nothing after it flashes briefly. I’ve tried multiple charing blocks and my computer via USB- wondering if this is a defect still. After all, they are refurbished. Thanks!

Hey there, if the headphones are not charging and/or not holding a charge than they may indeed be defective and we can get them replaced. Just use the Customer Service form and they’ll be happy to help.
