Under the Bluetooth section they list the latency:
I use RTINGS for all my research of products (TV, headphones etc). They do a great job putting all the information out (I only understand so much of it😁)

Has anyone used these in a work setting? Specifically a welding shop? My Jabras cut out and turn off everytime i get to close to welding power sources and wanted a pair to use at work.

The soundbar question depends on if the soundbar has Bluetooth capabilities.

Your TV would have to have Bluetooth capabilities. Not many TVs do.
Is the only noise attenuation through the ANC?
I Work in a noisy industrial environment where earplugs are not just required but necessaries.
So if the could attenuate the sound the cancel the remainder they would be perfect.
Dont know uf such a thing exists, but the hunt is on.
