Contacted Woot CS about getting the wrong shoes and received a reply on Sunday, March 14:

"I´m sorry to know about the inconvenient experience with your order, it is unfortunate that things turned out this way.

We’re aware of the issue, and our staff is working diligently to address it.

We’ll be in contact shortly with more information. We regret the inconveniences."

That was three days ago and I’ve heard nothing else since. What to do?

ETA: Just got an email notice of a refund for the wrong shoes. Thank you so much, Woot CS. Very much appreciated.
