Hello. I ordered three of these bags and have not received them or a tracking number for them. I haven’t had any luck with customer service responding about this either when I try to e-mail. Please help.
Sorry you haven’t heard anything. I’ve added your info to my CS report for the evening. In the meantime, if you haven’t, you can try using your order number to ‘Track by Reference’ on UPS or FedEx’s websites.

I also ordered this bag, never got it, never received a response to the 2 attempts to contact customer service, and one day, without warning, I get a refund for the purchase price. I would have been fine if they had simply responded with some type of status, but not to hear anything, and then suddenly get a refund without explanation. I’m done with woot. Given the number of deal sites out there, this is weak.
I’m sorry for the problem. It looks like you were refunded for this on 8/26. You might check spam/junk for an email. It can take a couple days for the funds to appear in your account.
Yeah, I got my money back. With zero communication, and no reply to customer service requests. As I said in my initial comment, I would be fine if this was the case if I had just been responded to, not just some stealth bank transfer. I did check all of my email folders just to verify, and yep, nothing. The issue is that if you are going to decide to make the “Support” page the only method of communication with the company, it kind of puts the responsibility on the company to be responsive.
I’m sorry for the problem. We’ve just discovered a problem with emails getting to our new CS software. It’s possible that’s the cause of the lack of communication. Please accept our apologies for this experience.

According to Woot Member Services, they’ve replied to your email and offered a resolve.
You might want to check the email account associated with your Woot Account or possibly the spam filter as sometimes their replies get filtered there.
I’m unsure as to why you haven’t received a response.
I’ve gone ahead and pinged Woot Member Services to investigate.
I just checked again and I don’t see any e-mails from Woot in my normal inbox or spam folder regarding this transaction. If possible, please pass on my request to them for a full refund regarding this transaction.
