Now it’s says adjustable what exactly is adjustable? In the drawing and one picture the neck piece looks adjustable but then a close up of what might be neck doesn’t have piece to adjust

I’d just feel stupid to purchase assuming they mean the neck and are referring to the ties of the waist

Yeah, not sure by pics how the neck strap works…maybe a tie like the waist…dunno?
