I don’t have these knives, but this is the first time I’ve ever seen Woot! sell a knife set that was actually made of useful knives.
If you need some knives and aren’t planning to spend more money I think these are a better gamble than similarly priced knives from German or Midwestern companies.

good knives… not as nice as the shuns from the same maker, but you can not beat these for the price. If you have never invested in a nice chef’s knife this is a supper cheap place to start. I ordered the 5 knife set last woot off. i really really didnt need the knives, but couldnt resist the price. ended giving one to my momz and one to a friend for gifts, and kept the three i really wanted.
