Let’s learn all about Keen and their warranty

Check out the product page

dont have these specific ones, but i own a pair of KEEN boots and i really like them. probably put 100 miles on them with no blisters.

Dear Woot Staff - I saw a post asking if shoes can be returned, if they do not fit = all the tags on with no wearing off the carpet?

I’m sorry but we do not accept returns for sizes.

In some cases, the manufacturer will work with you on an exchange.

Thanks for the info.

Dear KEEN Staff - can boots be returned for another size, if they do not fit = all the tags on with no wearing off the carpet?

I assume only one width is available. Is that C, D, or ??

Yes, standard width which is Mens D.

I have a pair of Targhee IIs. Some reviews mention that these run about a half size smaller than usual Keen’s. So…order a half-size larger like what I’m going to do. In for a pair.

I have nine pairs of Keen shoes in various models from slides to boots to sport sandals. I found that if you know your size in Keen shoes, it will work for any model. The shoe last is wider at the toe for a given length, so whereas with another brand I’d need a 10 to get the width I want in a D (if there’s no E), a 9 1/2 fits me fine. Go to your local REI and try on some Keen models to find out what fits your foot. You can be reasonably confident that a mail order Keen shoe will fit the same way at the same size.

Well, that’s all I need to know to avoid this one. “In some cases…” means I’d be screwed.

Yep. I took it up the woot on the last sale of these. It is my 6th pair of Keens and they were too narrow. I’ve never worn a ‘wide’ size before, but it would be necessary for this style. All other Keens I’ve had were true to size. I had false keen konfidence.

bought these last time they were up for this same price. fit fantastic and are absolutely waterproof!

i’m a delivery driver and use them on a daily basis through rain, snow, etc. and my socks always come home dry

I bought these the last time they were on. I seen the note about ordering a half size larger than what you would normally wear after I placed the order. I was worried that thy would be too small but they fit perfectly anyhow.

Excellent boots at a great price. Think I may order another pair.

I agree, I bought the KEEN 1007912 2 or 3 woots back as well as the KEEN Men’s Ontario Boots. I have not tried them yet but the 7912s I have worn and I agree, they are warm and water tight. Right on the description page it states that these shoes run 1/2 a size smaller. Would buy again and recommend them.

wish i had known about the no return policy with shoes and, i assume, other articles of clothing.

bought another brand of shoes from woot last week and got them and they don’t fit. wrote to find out what the return policy was and found there is none.

have bought shoes online from zappos, 6pm, joe’s new balance outlet among others as well as in stores in my area and always was able to return them for whatever reason.

my best advice is to be careful otherwise like the advice given me by woot, you will be gifting them or something else but not returning them. caveat emptor.

they have a no return policy. period. If you don like what you got have a yardsale. thats in their policy somewhere on here.
broken stuff is covered under what ever warranty thats being offered for that product, sometimes a woot warranty, sometimes a manufacturer warranty.

Very tempted…our family has owned a few Keen hiking sneakers and they always held up well.

Tough decision, $135 on Zappos or $60 on Woot
