Did anyone else receive a LumaPivot lantern instead of a LumaTwist?

Yes. I have emailed twice and got no response other than a conputer generated response that tells me nothing. Very unhappy!

Over two weeks later, I received an e-mail offering to send me a prepaid label…
" Sorry to hear that. As we do still have replacements in stock, we can either offer you a replacement or issue you a full refund once we get the defective unit back. In either case, we’ll issue you a prepaid return label for you to send the defective one back to us."
They don’t appear to acknowledge that they sent the wrong item.

Best part? I thought, maybe I’ll like it, and just have both, and ordered a LumaTwist again when it was up on woot.plus. Guess what just showed up at my doorstep. That’s right. LumaPivot.

Jeez, I’m sorry. I actually just saw some correspondence on this issue today. It looks like they’ve finally resolved the mix-up. Have you emailed support@woot.com with your latest issue?

Yes. Twice I ordered a LumaTwist, and both times they sent me a LumaPivot. Several weeks after I asked to exchange one of the Pivots for a Twist, they said they couldn’t do that, and sent me a refund instead.

A few days ago, I ordered another Twist. I hope they have figured out by now that it’s a violation of law to consistently and repeatedly send customers a different item than what was ordered.
