From the specs, I think this pack is a medium/large, not the small/medium. So this pack is suited better for men than women.

Is there anyway to confirm the size of this pack?. I am 6’ 3"…so a medium/small pack would not be a good fit

I bought the 80 liter version of this pack (coyote 80) and the fitting system is a one size fits all type. It adjusts a TON and I would suspect it could fit small people (although this pack is huge) and large people. That being said, I am 6’2 and the smaller coyote 80 pack fits me great and has plenty of room to adjust larger and smaller.
