hello - this may get lost in the flood of “what the hell…” emails on today’s product but we are experiencing some database server hangups this morning following a server upgrade (/downgrade). They appear to be intermittant and unsolvable this morning but if you can get through, your order will be processed correctly. If you cannot get through, we can do nothing but welcome you back later monday when we hope to have this problem nailed down
