There’s a reason you have to search for the blade material: 8Cr13MoV is a low-end Chinese-Made Stainless Steel. Stainless steel is awful for knives. Look up steel ratings if you wish to know more.
This “sale” is $6 below what their website charges. Crappy steel, awkward design, and all that for $6 off ??? No thanks.
