These are really not very good. You can barely hear anything on them- they need to be able to be adjusted to be louder than they are. I understand the desire to protect kids ears, but so many people go way overboard with it so you can’t hear anything at all! These are one of those products.
There is a parent volume adjustment under a cap with screws. It should be pointed out in the manual.
