I purchased several of these to take with me on airplanes now that they no longer have pillows in First Class. I just take a quick trip to the toilet at the beginning of the flight, jam it full of toilet paper, and I have a quick and easy neoprene pillow. Plus, later in the flight, when they have run out of toilet paper, I run a small side business - emptying out my pillow for profit before deboarding.

I’d rather deal with a stiff neck than be forced to endure a flight sitting 8 feet away from an overused bathroom with no toilet paper.
