Woot really punked me on one of these a few years ago.
I ordered one for a remodel, finished the kitchen and went to install the faucet only to find out the base had excessive play in it. Woot And Kingston Brass played ping pong with me each claiming to not be at fault. After a few emails to each Kingston offered to either replace the faucet if i sent mine in(yeah because thats feasable;i’ll just not have a faucet for the 3-5 weeks it takes to get one back), or would send me a new faucet @ full retail price and then refund me when I sent mine back. I paid $119 for the fauscet and they wanted me to shell out almost $400 upfront for the replacement. buyer beware!!!
